sinAsylum Kidz Privacy
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY
sinAsylum ("We","Us",Our","Management","Company") and this site care about
the privacy of your children. This
privacy policy tells you what information we collect at our web sites
and how we use it.
U.S. Govt. Kidz Privacy :

Kids' Privacy
on our site
sinAsylum for Kids generally does not ask for or collect personal,
individually-identifiable information from kids. We do use computer log
files so we can see how many visitors we have, but we can't tell
personal information from them. If any visitor to the site chooses to
provide us with personal information, as in an email inquiry, that
information will be used only to respond to the message. The information
will not be used for any purpose other than to respond to the inquiry.
We do not create individual profiles from the information provided or
distribute the information to other organizations.
Message to
Children - Be careful on the web
sinAsylum for Kids is a gateway. That means that when you click on a
link, you will be leaving our site. Most of the sites we link to are
educational, kid entertainment and government children's agencies, but
we do include other sites, as well. Government sites have to follow
special rules for their kid's sites, but non-government sites do not
have to follow the same rules. sinAsylum & sinAsylum Kidz makes every
attempt to comply with these special regulations even though we are not
required to. We keep family in mind and make every effort to create a
safe environment for children. Keep in mind that you may click to a site
that will ask you for personal information, like your name, address,
telephone number, or email address. Before you provide any information,
show your parent or some other responsible adult what you are doing. Be
safety smart! Please review our
Recommendations for Parents and Children.
Message
to Parents and Guardians
sinAsylum for Kids is a gateway that will take your children to other
sites. A majority of the links we provide will take your children to
other government sites. Although many of the sites we link to must
adhere to federal rules established to protect children's privacy,
please understand that not all sites have to comply with these rules.
While we have selected sites that we feel offer good, reliable
information, we are not responsible for the content provided on these
sites. Nor are we responsible for their adherence to federal rules to
protect children's privacy. It is important that you monitor your
children's communication on-line to insure that they do not provide
personally identifiable information to web sites that you feel are
unacceptable. Tell your children to ask you or another adult to look at
what they are doing first if they wish to provide their name, address,
telephone number, or email address to a website. Be safety smart! Please
review our
Recommendations for Parents and Children.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
There are many places at our sites where you can share your personal
information with us, and where you can communicate with others.
Registration
Some of our sites give you the opportunity to register
with us, and sometimes registration is required before certain site
features can be used. Our registration forms may request your contact
information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, etc.),
demographic information (such as your country, gender, etc.), and
profile data (such as your favorite cartoons, music, movies,
etc). You may be assigned a site username and/or password. For our
internal purposes, we use this information to communicate with you and
provide the services you have requested, and to provide a more
personalized experience on our sites. For example, your registration may
allow you to use and post to site message boards, create site profiles,
etc. We use aggregate demographic and profile information about our
audience in order to improve our service, for marketing purposes and/or
for industry reporting purposes. Not that as listed in the next section
of this privacy policy you must be 13 years of age to register or have a
parent or guardian approve your membership with sinAsylum Registration
Services.
Please read the
sinAsylum Communities -
Registration Agreement Terms.
Age Regulation and
Removal
Unless specified otherwise on the Site,
users must be 18 years or older before registering in any of our
sweepstakes or contests. When sweepstakes or contests are open to users
13-17 years old, we will collect only first and last names, phone
numbers and email addresses for prize fulfillment purposes only, unless
otherwise stated on the Site. If a sweepstakes or contest winner is
under 18 years old, we will require a consent form signed by the
winner's parent or guardian in order to award the prize.
We have taken steps to ensure that personally identifiable information
collected is secure, including limiting the number of people who have
physical access to its database servers, as well as electronic security
systems and password protections which guard against unauthorized
access.
We encourage users to be smart about choosing when, and to whom to
release information on-line.
Additionally, We will allow users or their parents to opt out of the
sinAsylum database in the following manners:
(1) To remove your name or your child's name from the database of a

Newsletters and Other Communications from Us
Our registered users and customers may receive newsletters or other
email communications from our family of sites and network members (Note:
All email sent from Network Members not owned by sinAsylum are monitored
for security reasons.), as well as other sinAsylum companies, and we may
also offer other users the opportunity to sign up to receive such
information. When there is a separate sign-up for newsletters, we ask
for contact information such as name and email address, and,
occasionally, demographic and profile information. We use this
information in the same manner as we use the contact information in the
Registration process described above. We may offer our users the choice
whether to receive mailings from others that we think will be of
interest. Recipients of our mailings can unsubscribe by following
instructions that may appear at the end of the email newsletter or by
visiting the site where they subscribed. Note that in order to keep our
registered users informed about the operation of our services, we may
send emails and announcements that are needed for the proper functioning
and administration of our sites and service. Please review our
Newsletters Privacy Policy.
Communications with Us
We have features where you can submit
information to us (such as when contacting us with a question or
feedback). We will retain your emails and other information you submit
to us for our records, and to help us to serve you better.
Interactive and Community Features
Our sites may offer interactive and community features, such as message
boards, chat, email accounts, instant messaging, profiles, personal
homepages, etc. However, all of these areas require age verification.
Even if an underage surfer comes across one of our interactive
communities, they will not be able to access without taking the proper
steps to join and confirm their information. Following
COPPA standards,
we allow underage users to sign up with the express permission of their
parents. This information can be found by registering for one of our
communities with your Child's full information. Once you have
registered, you will receive an email at the email address given at
registration. This letter of confirmation will contain a letter you must
print, cut out, fill in, and send to the address listed in the email.
Contests, Sweepstakes and Surveys
We may also have contests,
sweepstakes and surveys at our sites. When you enter or participate in
them, we request contact information from you (such as your full name,
email address, mailing address, and telephone number) and may also
request demographic or profile information. We will use the information
you provide for the purpose of conducting the promotion (for example, to
contact you if you have won). We may also use the information to send
you newsletters and other information we think may be of interest.
Recipients of our mailings can unsubscribe by following instructions
that may appear at the end of the email newsletter. Any personal
information collected will be used by us and may be associated with
registration information. We may share aggregate information with
others. We may sometimes partner with sponsors in offering contests,
sweepstakes or surveys, and may share (provide and receive) information
with them. Once again, members must be over 13 years old to sign
up for any of these interactive areas of our web sites. Generally we do
not offer newsletters to Children, however in the case that one is
offered up, age regulations are expressively enforced for the safety of
your and our Children.
CHOICE
Our sites may provide you the opportunity to choose to receive
communications from us or from third parties at the point where we
request information about you. You have the option of removing your name
from any email list. In order to ensure the quickest removal from any
list, it is best to follow the specific instructions outlined within the
communications you receive from us.
DATA COLLECTION FROM CHILDREN
We strive to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from U.S. children
under 13 without appropriate parental notice and consent. Sites that are
directed to children where personal information is collected should have
a Children's Privacy Policy setting forth our COPPA-compliant practices.
At many sites, we actively screen-out children from data collection
and/or use of interactive or community features. We are committed to
protecting children's privacy. Please view our
Children's Privacy Policy.
Please read the
sinAsylum Communities -
Registration Agreement Terms.
LINKS
We may provide links to non-sinAsylum sites. We are not responsible for those
other sites, their privacy policies or how they treat information about
their users, and we advise you to check their privacy policies.
We
put forth every effort to insure that the links contained in our
Children's sites and site pages related to or directed at Children are
safe for Children of all ages.
In addition, we work hard to maintain our links to make sure there is no
loss of connectivity to sinAsylum Children Web Sites located at http://kids.sinasylum.com.

Policy at any time, so we encourage you to review this policy from time
